Registration
Our Bible and Academic Curriculum includes grades K-4, K-5, and 1st Grade.
Parents of students enrolling for the first time must complete a Pre-Registration Form and turn it in to the school office. A conference with the parents will be set up at their convenience. During the conference, pertinent information pertaining to Charity Village Christian Daycare and Learning Center, forms, fees, transportation, and expectations will be discussed.
An enrollment form must be turned in by the parent or guardian at the time of enrollment. A birth certificate and 121 Immunization Record are required for a child to enroll. The Registration and Book and Supplies fees should be paid at the time of enrollment. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Please turn in the Pre-Registration form before April 15.
